The Tahoe Fund believes strongly in the need for environmental stewardship of the Lake Tahoe Region to help ensure the long-term preservation of the Lake among our current and next generations. The magnificent environment of Tahoe creates a wonderful opportunity to create lifelong environmental stewards in the Basin and beyond. Through the Environmental Education Fund, the Tahoe Fund provided grants to projects and programs that educate and inspire both children and adults to take care of Tahoe’s environment.
